From toad to beautiful women

The viewers were drawn to the Salt. The ratings of the show "Boys" on the "Friday" television channel are growing, the series "Olga" on TNT is very successful. By the way, the heroine of the series, a woman in the area of ​​forty, says to herself that since childhood she was a kid, played football with boys. Now she, the lonely mother of two children, rude and open, not embarrassed in expressions, moves in life on his own, without needing someone else's help.

The beautiful actress Yana Trojanova, with her characteristic prohibitive organic, demonstrates a characteristic Ural dialect and the manner of a simple -minded and cordial habalka - an image that she successfully tested in the film Avdoty Smirnova “Kokoko”. By the end of the season, the lucky one will receive a chance in the media world, and the winner - also half a million rubles.

The spectators of the first issues are still enjoying those (or they are horrified) that the girls cannot speak without a mat, do not know anything, have wild ideas about life, get drunk in the trash at every opportunity, and a little that they are clinging to each other into patches. Dressed in the same uniform dresses placed in the interiors of a modern villa, surrounded by a kind of luxury, girls resemble monkeys in the circus: they are absurd, simple -minded, direct and rude, but humanity sometimes knocks on their hearts. Gradually, their manners are grinded, speech becomes more cultural, gait - smooth, makeup and hairstyle - fashionable.

In essence, all this transformation is described in the play by Bernard show “Pygmalion”, according to which the famous film “My Beautiful Lady” was shot, where Audrey Hepburn demonstrates the transformation of a vulgar flower girl into a restrained and sophisticated aristocrat. Professor Higgins, who took up this experience, argued with his friend, what was the speech of the lady from the commoner, but for him it turned out to be a surprise that manners and clothes were only a form, and the essence of the change in his pupil of Eliza is in an awakened sense of self -esteem. With dignity in a new show, they are quite unceremonious: it seems that none of the teachers and authors are aware of the need to possess it. And Colonel Pikering, who, according to Eliza, made the most for her new image, because he treated the flower grinder as a lady, in the mansion where the girls live, alas, there is no.

It can be assumed that the development of stale girls will go along a different path. In addition to the plot of the transformation, they offer a plot of rivalry. Every week, the show is forced to leave one of the participants, few will reach the final, and only one will win the prize. “Boys” are made on the model of the Ukrainian program “From Boys to Panyanka”, the four seasons of which have already been published on Ukrainian TV, and part of the team switched to a Russian project (format, as usual, international, there is a British, American versions). The Russian version is an almost accurate copy of the fourth season of the Ukrainian show, the girls are even outwardly similar, the types are selected about the same, tasks and exercises are repeated. Of course, the budget of the Russian version is more serious, and the technical capabilities are cooler. The name is not very sported. It was not possible to pick up the rhyme, the Russian version “from the toad to the beautiful women” seemed rough, but remained in the form of a slogan.

The girls must first demonstrate themselves in the most terrible inadequate so that they can be gradually brought into line with the ideal way of a real lady. But what is a lady in the understanding of the authors of the project and the teachers of the school, in the role of which are psychologists and former models? This is a fashionably dressed and combed girl with well -applied makeup and a beautiful gait, able to pleasantly smile and maintain a simple conversation. The winners of the Ukrainian "boys" on the final round are repeated about the high goal that they opened - to become a successful woman. Use your appearance and youth for a career, for example, a TV presenter. As a result, from the ladies of spontaneously protest behavior they are turned into a conformist, offering to fit into a standard and common image.

Obviously, for any television show, the main thing is entertainment and entertainment, but only those who offer the audience something new pay attention to themselves. In the case of “boys”, the material is new - as it were, original, rude, natural. “I have never heard so many mats,” the spectator writes on the forum, although the mat, of course, is a prood.

Obviously, now television is mastering a new trend: naturalness and reality. But reality as such is not suitable for a television spectacle, it is too boring and monotonous. Therefore, pseudorality is needed, that is, something that the viewer accurately and marks as authenticity with the summer. And in this capacity, rudeness, slang and obscene words, free behavior work perfectly, and best of all, alcohol and other reducing substances. At the original casting for the show, the most striking and expressive representatives of different types of behavior are chosen: peasant, aggressive, drinking, each character - almost diagnosis.

The question is that, having received a peculiar and strong character at the entrance, with the help of a strong motivation of girls, they gradually lead to a common denominator. The log is at first a skeleton, but soon a standard doll is displaced from it, pleasant in all respects. What is inside her, how she will cope with those demons who tormented her to the show - it is incomprehensible, but this is not interested in the audience, they do not set such a task for them.

In the series "Olga" the role of a psychotherapist was entrusted to the young fan of the heroine, a provincial young man with romantic views and a good heart. He sees in his girlfriend not a middle -aged pedicure with cellulite, but a beautiful lady, a nail master. Will true love help to turn the heroine Yana Troyanova from a kid into a boy? In the series - certainly where to go there from the laws of the genre. But in this sense, the authors of the series are on a more humane path than the creators of the show. Another thing is what to find the suitable sculptor to your galatees in reality is much more difficult.

The series wins the reality show in one other respect. Good, organic actors play in the series, so their reality seems much more convincing. Girls from the "Boys", as the creators of the show assure, are completely natural, chosen after a thorough casting. But you don't believe them. The feeling of incredible artificiality and storage comes from each frame, the scenes of fights and drunkenness seem deliberate, and this is the most unpleasant in the reality show.
