The FSB could stage the murder of the head of the Ukrainian organization Oplot in the Moscow Region, suspected in Kyiv

The murder of the head of the Ukrainian Oplot organization Evgeny Zhilin in the Moscow Region, which was announced on the evening of September 19, may turn out to be a staging of the FSB of the Russian Federation, suggested the adviser to the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Zoryan Shkiryak.

"Often the FSB can organize such special operations under the guise in order to imitate the death of the agent he needed," he said on the air of the 112 Ukraine television channel.

According to Shkiryak, there are few options for motics of murder. “The first - given that Zhilin was an inadequate person, I do not exclude that he“ ran into ”those who did not like it. As the people say, he began to“ bull ”, and they shot him for it,” the UNIAN agency quotes him.

“But this can be the work of the Russian special services, and there are two options - or the liquidation of the witness of the crimes of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, because Zhilin knew quite a lot, because he worked directly with the Russian special services, he participated through Russia in financing terrorist organizations, and, of course, this option is quite likely,” the Shkiryak emphasized.

At the same time, in his opinion, this could be an imitation of a murder aimed at the alleged burial of a person who would subsequently begin life “from a clean sheet” and which can be used to carry out certain “criminal special operations against other states”, in particular against Ukraine

The adviser to the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs recalled that Zhilin was put on the wanted list in Ukraine and was accused under four grave articles of the Criminal Code of this country, including terrorism and the creation of illegal armed groups.

Meanwhile, the Investigative Committee in the Moscow Region announced the versions of the execution of two visitors to the Veterok restaurant in the Elite village of Gorki-2 near Moscow on the Rublevo-Uspensky highway in the evening of September 19, without calling any names.

"The investigation is being worked out by a number of versions of the crime. The priority is commercial activity, and personal hostile relations are not excluded," the website of the department said.

During the interrogations of witnesses, it was found that the killer was waiting for the “customers” at the next table for about 20 minutes, and after the men came to the restaurant and made an order, approached and fired a series of shots in them, after which he disappeared. One of the victims died on the spot, the second was hospitalized, the report said.

The killer was carefully made up: overhead mustache, sports glasses with anti -lock yellow glasses, deeply planted panama on the head, behind the backpack, noted in the UK.

According to the agency, the murdered man since 2015 has been registered in the Russian Federation and recently lived in the Moscow region. "As follows from the testimony of the wounded, the meeting in the restaurant was scheduled to resolve business issues," the press release said.

The head of the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee opened a criminal case under Part 1 of Art. 105 ("murder"), part 3 of Art. 30, p. "A" part 2 of Art. 105 ("Entertaining for the murder of two persons") and part 1 of Art. 222 ("Illegal turnover of weapons") of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

According to the channel, the trump card in serious condition was taken to the hospital, where he fell into a com, and the killer ran to the Rublevsky highway, where the car was waiting for him, and drove away.

In addition, a video appeared on the YouTube video hosting with a story of a probable eyewitness of a crime, according to which Killer looked 45 years old, but he was dressed like a teenager. 40-year-old Evgeny Zhilin from 1997 to 2005 served in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. In 2005, he was arrested on suspicion of participating in the engine of the car at that time the secretary of the Kharkov city council, and now the mayor of Kharkov Gennady Kernes, but in 2007, charges were removed from Zhilin.

In connection with the participation of Zhilin in the armed conflict in eastern Ukraine, law enforcement agencies of this country investigate several criminal cases against Zhilin, in particular, under Article 260 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine ("Creation of illegal armed formation").

In addition, Zhilin created in Kharkov a pro -Russian Ukrainian organization and the Oplot fighting club, whose members took an active part in Anti -Maidan and clashes with supporters of Euromaidan in Kharkov, later they began to fight on the side of the self -proclaimed Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics (DPR and LPR). On the basis of the Kharkov "Oplot" in the DPR, the battalion of the same name was formed, led by the current head of the unrecognized republic, Alexander Zakharchenko.

In August of this year, the name of Evgeny Zhilin appeared in media reports in connection with the scandal that erupted after the publication by the Prosecutor General of Ukraine records of telephone conversations of the presidential adviser Sergei Glazyev in the winter and in the spring of 2014, allegedly testifying to the involvement of the Russian authorities in Ukrainian events. One of Glazyev’s interlocutors in the published records, the authenticity of which was later questioned , was precisely Zhilin.
