The case against the owner of Domodedov was terminated

The Investigative Committee stopped the criminal prosecution of the owner of Domodedovo Dmitry Kamenchik and three top managers - Vyacheslav Nekrasov, Svetlana Trishina and Andrei Danilov. According to Interfax, the investigator in the Basmanny Court of Moscow reported, where a complaint of the accused about the inaction of the investigation in the case is considered.

Earlier, Deputy Prosecutor Governor, Alexander Gutsan, sent an order to the chairman of the Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin about the termination of the criminal case against the mason and other defendants in the case. The order resembles an agency, this is a measure of prosecutorial response, which is required by all officials and appeal. Meanwhile, after this, the investigation in the case was extended, and the Prosecutor General’s Office did not receive any answer to the order from the Investigative Committee.

The request stated that the Prosecutor General’s Office establishes violations of federal legislation committed by the "officials" of the First Investigation Department of the State Pedagogical University of the TFR.

On July 1, the Moscow City Court granted the requirement of the Prosecutor General and freed the mason from house arrest.

Prior to this, it became known that none of the witnesses confirmed the involvement of the airport owner in the crime incriminated to him.

According to investigators, the top managers of Domodedovo in 2010 changed the inspection scheme at the airport. In the TFR, it is believed that this allowed the suicide bomber to penetrate the airport building in January 2011 and blow up the bomb, which was due to which 37 were killed and 172 people were injured.

On June 22, the Basmanny District Court of Moscow granted the investigation to the investigation of the arrest in the accounts of the mason for 1 billion rubles.

In February, the TFR charged the owner and former top managers of Domodedov-ex-head of the Russian representative office of Airport Management Company Limited Svetlana Trishina, former airport director Vyacheslav Nekrasova and ex-director of Domodedovo Equaezhen Seventi Andrei Danilov. According to the investigation, non-compliance with the leadership of the airport of security rules allowed the suicide bomber to penetrate the Domodedovo. Trisina is under house arrest. Initially, Nekrasov and Danilov were placed in jail. On April 26, they were also transferred under house arrest .
