
The Tver District Court of Moscow found the activist Viktor Kapitonov, guilty of repeated violation of the rules of the public event (part 8 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) and fined it 250 thousand rubles. This was reported by "OTD-Info" with reference to the lawyer Oleg Tznisco.
On September 12, in Moscow, at the building of the State Duma, Kapitonov was detained for reading the Russian Constitution. Aleksey Dmitriev, Irina Yatsenko, Lyudmila Rumga, Igor Klochkov, Svetlana Novoselova were detained with him. They were delivered to the Police Department of Tvosko. At the same time, Novoselova became bad. The doctors who came to the ambulance examined her and found no grounds for hospitalization.
Kapitonov is a permanent participant in protest in Moscow. He was detained by the Kremlin on promotions in support of Nadezhda Savchenko and against repressions on a "rally" criminal article. In May, Kapitonov, along with other activists, was tried for exit to Bolotnaya Square on the fourth anniversary of the battle. After the night held at the police department, Zamoskvoretsky District Court fined Kapitonov for 150 thousand rubles ( 
On August 25, in Moscow, Kapitonov was detained on Red Square, among other participants in the action "For our and your freedom" , arranged on the 48th anniversary of the "demonstration of seven".
