How the second congress of separatists in Moscow passed. Report "Medusa"

On Sunday, September 25, in Moscow, the Forum “Dialogue of Ententes. The right of peoples to self -determination and the construction of a multipolar world ”is a congress of separatist movements from around the world, which has been held in Moscow for the second year. The conference, which in 2015 was called “expert”, and in 2016 became “human rights”, was held at the Ritz Carlon Moscow hotel, its organizer is the “anti-globalist movement of Russia”. The Congress was visited by the correspondent of Medusa Evgeny Berg.

The congress of separatist movements takes place in Moscow for the second time-the first took place in 2015 to the President-Hotel, owned by the Presidential Affairs Management. In 2016, as the organizers explained, there was not enough space for everyone, so the conference at the last moment was transferred to an even larger hall-to the Ritz Carlon Moscow hotel.

By hour of the day, the foyer of the second floor of the hotel was filled with representatives of separatist and nationalist movements from different countries-from Moldova (unrecognized Transnistrian Moldavian Republic) to Lebanon (the Democratic Party and the Al-Marada party). The forum guests gave an interview. A short man from the Irish party "Shinn Feyn" wanted to drink vodka, but a little "because not a drink." Two Americans - a friendly Texas and a serious California - talked about the national identity of the inhabitants of their states. In the lobby of a five-star hotel there were several people in camouflage-gathered in a small group, they discussed the fate of the self-proclaimed republics in the southeast of Ukraine.

Representatives of 11 organizations were in the final list of foreign guests (for some reason, separatists from eastern Ukraine were included there). The young man at the registration rack promised that representatives from Russia would also perform at the congress. “Political scientists and the LDPR,” he said, adjusting the phone on the table in a case with the flag of Novorossia.

The guests sat down at a long table for meetings. At one end was representatives of self -proclaimed DPR and LPR, in the other - Alexander Ionov, president of the "anti -globalist movement of Russia" (ADR), organizer of the "dialogue of nations". The organization receives a grant from the state for its conduct - this year it amounted to 3.5 million rubles.

The conference of ions began a rather confusing speech about everything at once. He called on “some countries and the United States to get rid of imperial manners”, shamed politicians and journalists (especially the western), who unfolded about refugees, quoted Mahatma Gandhi (“First they ignore you, then ridicule, then fight, then you win”), condemned extremism - and called for peaceful negotiations in all separatic conflicts.

The first of the delegates was the deputy minister of foreign affairs of the self -proclaimed Transnistrian Moldavian Republic Dmitry Palamarchuk. In a short speech, he recalled several referendums - from South Sudan to Crimea - having associated them with the “new wave of decolonization”, which, according to him, is now happening in the world, and also condemned the current world order “aimed at breaking the national identity and changing the linguistic matrix”.

In the same spirit, the rest reasoned; The leaders of separatist movements from Western countries, however, were a little more peaceful. For example, the Executive Director of the Texas National Movement Nate Smith devoted most of his speech to how important it is to “not impose his principles” to other separatist movements and maintain friendly relations with the neighboring states. Smith's organization is now preparing a referendum on Texas independence from the United States.

Following Smith, the State Duma deputy from the LDPR Mikhail Degtyarev spoke. “I am glad to attend such interesting events,” he said in an even voice. He told the present that the most terrible phenomena on Earth - “racism, Nazism, fascism, slave trade” - was invented in Europe and America, and the “theory of controlled chaos” is currently working in the world. He completed his performance by addressing the American people: “Not a hat on Senka, you cannot carry a load for world stability!” The representative of Texas portrayed a guilty smile, Luis Marinelli - a delegate from California - ignored these words.

Marinelli in his speech announced a referendum on the independence of California, which should take place in 2019. At the same time, at the speech, Marinelli did a good job of a synchronist translator who persistently translated the phrase “Military Forces” as “military”. “The American military deprived us of independence 170 years ago,” Marinelli reasoned.

In addition to the guests, the word was given to delegates who could not fly to Moscow, but sent their video messages. In one of them, a representative of the Somaliland government-a self-proclaimed state in the northwest of Somalia-talked about genocide and discrimination of the country's inhabitants. In another, the King of the Hawaiian Islands Edmund Silva Jr. said that the occupation (that is, American) troops “gradually lose legitimacy”, and unexpectedly called for a joint search for the solution of climatic changes; The king has been worried about this for a long time.

In general, the theses of delegates were not very different from each other-basically, all of them spoke about the right of peoples to self-determination, implying a separation from the non-uzurpators. At the same time, almost all guests emphasized that he intend to achieve independence peacefully.

For 20 minutes, the next speaker talked about American hegemony, ultraliberalism, the ideas of Fukuyama and Huntington, the “anti -Christian” West, the Masons in the world political parties, and ended with gratitude to President Vladimir Putin for maintaining Russian identity and a quote from John Tolkien (“when the roots grow deep, they will not freeze”).
