According to the results of a pre -investigation audit, the Moscow head of the Investigative Committee initiated a case of a teacher’s sex with students in the capital's school No. 57. This was reported by the Moscow Komsomolets. The case is qualified under part 4 of Article 135 of the Criminal Code (depraved actions committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy), which provides for from 7 to 15 years in the colony.

A former history teacher Boris Meerson and former student Maria Nemzer, who graduated from school in 2008, hosts the suspects in the case. According to the plot of the case, since March 25, 2010, Meerson and Nemzer corrupted a certain student. The publication does not give his surname, but claims that the editors are known.

Nemzer, according to the newspaper, went to Israel some time ago. Meerson also did the same.

The scandal around the 57th school began, after on August 29, journalist Ekaterina Krongauz reported on her FB page about the sexual relations of a certain teacher and students. According to the journalist, the school was known about what has been happening over the past 16 years. At the same time, the School’s number, nor the name of the teacher Krongauz did not specify.

Later, however, it turned out that we were talking about the 57th school and Merson. The internal investigation at the school began in July, after the former student Olga Nikolayenko appeared in the administration and presented certificates of harassment that schoolgirls were subjected to.

Soon after, Merson quit. Shortly before the situation received publicity, he left Russia.

When the scandal flared up, reports appeared in social networks that harassing was allowed not only to Merson, but also by other teachers of the 57th school.

On September 5, the school principal Sergei Mendelevich and the chairman of its managing council Vladimir Shikov turned to the police "demanding the investigation and legal assessment of the facts of violation of the rights and certificates of crimes against children." The next day, Mendelevich resigned .

On September 12, the children's Ombudsman Anna Kuznetsova demanded that the guilty in debauchery "Tough decisions within the law" .
