In Bashkiria, the court found a four -year -old cyclist guilty of damage to the SUV with his head

The World Court of Ufa in Bashkiria issued a verdict in the case of damage to an motorist on September 26. The owner of a large foreign car claims that the car crashed a young cyclist crashed into it. According to the latest version, the baby damaged the massive foreign car with his head.

By the decision of the Russian femid, the parents of the four -year -old Artem, recognized by the culprit of the accident, must pay the plaintiff 20 thousand rubles of material damage, as well as cover his costs for lawyers. The defendants intend to challenge the court decision, NTV reports.

The owner of the SUV Ruslan Islakaev claims that Artem washed the rear wing of his vehicle when he rode a bicycle. At the same time, the man first claimed that the boy caused damage to the car with the wheel of his bicycle. But since the discovered dent was located too high, Islakaev put forward a new version: Artem allegedly crushed his car with a blow of his head.

After the accident in the courtyard, the boy, according to the case file, threw a bicycle at the scene and disappeared. The baby did not receive any damage: neither scratches, nor cones, nor concussion. Therefore, the version of the hit of the head looks doubtful.

One way or another, PDN inspectors gathered indictment on a four -year -old boy, indicating that he had caused the car damage in the form of a dent with a diameter of three centimeters.

Artem’s mother Lyudmila Nugumanova said that she and her husband apologized to her neighbor Ruslan Islakaev for her son’s act. At the same time, the woman says that the car had no visible damage.

Ruslan “attacked”, according to Lyudmila, on her children and began to look for traces of injuries from a collision with his foreign car.

Experts are perplexed why this curious case became the reason for the lawsuit. The fault of the "principality" of the car owner.

“The question of the principle. I paid the court costs to my lawyers. I have to return my money,” says Ruslan Islakaev. On the proposal to forgive the defendants, the plaintiff added: "Not an option, because the person is very scandalous. I am afraid for my life, for my car."

Whether the last statement belonged to the four -year -old Artem or his father, Ruslan did not specify.

The parent of Artem Ilya Kuznetsov expressed his readiness to reach the Supreme Court in search of justice.
