The Novosibirsk branch of Rosselkhozbank became the leader in lending under the guarantee of the regional Fund for the Development of Small and Medium Enterprises.
As of September 15, 2016, the Novosibirsk branch of the Russian Agricultural Bank, together with the Fund for the Development of Small and Medium Enterprises, issued 27 loans to small businesses in the region for 428.5 million rubles. At the same time, the amount of the Fund's guarantees for these loans amounted to 221.7 million rubles, which is the best indicator among all the Fund's partner banks.
The Fund for the Development of Small and Medium Enterprises of the Novosibirsk Region was founded in 2009 with the aim of increasing the availability of financial resources for small and medium-sized businesses in the region. Over the period of its existence, the amount of funds attracted by the Fund to the regional economy (as of September 15, 2016) amounted to 15.3 billion rubles. Rosselkhozbank has been a partner of the Fund since 2010.
According to the director of the regional branch of Rosselkhozbank Stanislav Tishurov, lending to small and medium-sized businesses is one of the branch's priorities, and partnership with the Fund allows the bank to rapidly develop and increase financing of small business projects.
