The Netherlands authorities filed a lawsuit against Niantic Labs, the developer of the popular Pokemon Go game, accusing them of involvement in mass penetrations of players who are caught by the monsters in protected beach zones.

The lawsuit states that daily thousands of players are besieged by Kijkduin beaches, where rare and valuable poems most often appear. But this zone in the Dune Park is protected by the state and is a reserve. Earlier, the authorities were already trying to contact the Niantic Labs developer company, but since they did not receive an answer, they considered that the only option remained for them. The hearings are scheduled in the Hague on October 11.
