Earlier today, judge Evgeny Naydenov found the nose guilty. The public prosecutor asked him to be sentenced to two years in prison.
“Given the mitigating circumstances, the court considers it possible to impose a nosom punishment in the form of a fine,” Interfax quotes the decision of the court. The court also decided to return the blogger a computer seized as material evidence. According to the nose, his defense intends to appeal the verdict.
Today at 13:15 Moscow time, Nosik published his last word in the LiveJournal, in which, turning to the court, he, in particular, says: “If you think that I have not earned the stigma of a criminal for the sixth of the decade of the criminal for the sixth of ten years - then just justify me. And if you think that you deserve ... please appoint a real term. ”
The case under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, in relation to the NOCIA of the Investigative Committee, opened last fall in connection with his post to “erase Syria from the face of the Earth”, published in the LiveJournal, in which the blogger supported the Middle East operation of the aerospace forces of the Russian Federation.
The presence of signs of extremism in the publication of a nose was established by employees of the Ministry of Justice of the Ministry of Justice in Volgograd, who found in it “linguistic signs of enlightenment exciting in relation to the Syrians distinguished by a national-territorial basis.” This examination was the third, appointed in connection with the case of the nose, the conclusions of the first two contradicted each other.
In April 2016, the nose was officially charged under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code, in June the case was referred to the court .
