The fruit of discord

In Poland, a nationwide strike of women is taking place against the bill on the complete ban and criminalization of abortion. It is reported by Radio Poland. Men also participate in protests.

Demonstrations in different cities of the country gathered tens of thousands of people. The number of protesters near the Sejm building in Warsaw was estimated at 30 thousand. Among other cities where manifestations are held, Krakow, Wroclaw, Poznan, Schezin, Gdansk, Bialystok.

Protesters were supported by Poland. In particular, the demonstrations took place in Paris, Brussels and Dublin.

Manifestations against the ban on abortion have been taking place in Poland for more than a week. They were called "black protest" because women come to them in black clothes. The previous large -scale action took place in Warsaw near the Seima building on Saturday, October 1.

The bill on the ban on abortion was submitted to the Sejm - the lower house of the Polish parliament - the initiative group of citizens. The protests began after the lower house adopted the document in the first reading and sent it for revision in the commission.

Meanwhile, at the same time as the shares of opponents of the law, the masses and prayers of its supporters are held. The organizers of the events called on to come to them in white clothes.
