In Krasnodar, a musician was convicted of playing on the street

The well-known Krasnodar musician Eduard Bakhchisaraitsev was found guilty of organizing the simultaneous presence of people in a public place (Article 20.2.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). This will be reported on October 3 on the Komsomolskaya Pravda website.

On October 1, the musician's concert on Krasnaya Street was interrupted by the arrival of the police. According to law enforcement officers, Bakhchisaraitsev gathered too many people with his game, and this is fraught with the emergence of uncoordinated rallies. The musician was detained and taken to the police station, where he spent the night before the trial. The court found him guilty and sentenced him to 1 day of administrative arrest.

“It feels like I’ve become like a bone across the throat to someone. All the 8 years that I speak, I constantly have to write some kind of replies, explanations. Is it forbidden to sing in the street when it's not too late? They want to take my hobby away from me!” Bakhchisaraitsev commented on the situation.
