"Transpenseri": "Officers of Russia" without a competition received state contracts

The Anti -Corruption Center "Transpenser Internet - Russia" published a report on the activities of the organization "Officers of Russia". From the document, in particular, it follows that at least two state contracts for a total of more than 130 million rubles without a competition received at least two state contracts related to this organization.

Contracts were concluded in 2015-2016 with a subsidiary of Russian Railways, which is engaged in suburban passenger transportation. According to the documents, the employees of the Center for the Prevention of Offenses and Crimes related to the "Russian officers" must patrol suburban trains. At the same time, the organization itself claims that activists act on their own initiative and do not receive money for it.

In addition to income from commercial activities, "Russian officers" receive money as state grants. According to Transpenseri International, their total amount since 2012 amounted to at least 30 million rubles.

On September 25, young people in the form of the organization "Officers of Russia" closed the exhibition of the American photographer Joka Rodzhe in the capital's photo of the brothers Lyumier. Activists explained their actions by the fact that the photographs presented, in their opinion, "promote pedophilia."

The head of "Russian officers" Anton Tsvetkov claims that his organization is engaged in patriotic education. He rejects accusations of commercial activities.
