In Tula on the morning of October 9, a man was detained for opening fire with a pneumatic weapon in a minibus.

As a result of the incident, no one was injured. According to the press service of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, eyewitnesses detained the shooter before the arrival of the police.
