Only in the perspective, which Putin was most likely counting on, sending airplanes a year ago-“Russia is a power-liberator from the 21st century barbarians”, and exactly in the opposite-“Russia acts no better than barbarians”, extremely unfavorable for the Kremlin.

Secondly, Germany in the issue of tightening sanctions against Russia because of Syria, unlike what was two years ago, after the annexation of Crimea, even ahead of the United States. True, Secretary of State Kerry called for investigating Russia's actions in Aleppo as “war crimes”.

Conclusion: the Europeans have boiled and thrown. The diplomatic tactics of Moscow - to say one thing, think the other, and to do the third - became too deliberate.
