In Ingushetia, employees of a temporary detention center for foreigners staged a fight with shooting

In Ingushetia, at a temporary detention center for foreign citizens, a fight and shooting occurred between two employees. This was reported on the website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the republic.

In the morning, on the territory of the center, a conflict occurred between the head of the medical unit and an administrative support worker, which escalated into a fight. One of the employees “fired four shots into the air” from a non-lethal weapon that belonged to him.

After the fight, both workers went to the hospital and were released home after a medical examination. The Ministry of Internal Affairs said in a statement that an investigation was ordered after the incident.

RIA Novosti notes that both employees have been holding civilian positions since July. Previously, they served in the Federal Migration Service in Ingushetia.
