The leader of the Civil Platform invited the right parties of Russia to unite.
On the eve of the first meeting of the State Duma of the VII convocation with an unexpectedly for the country's political life, deputy Rifat Shaikhutdinov made a statement. The Chairman of the Federal Political Committee of the Civil Platform party (GP) proposed to all parties that have not passed to parliament, to use the possibilities of the Civil Platform representation in the State Duma to introduce and support their legislative initiatives. He also suggested starting a discussion of possible forms and ideologies of unification on the basis of the party.
It must be recalled that representatives of two non -parliamentary parties went to the State Duma in the State Duma: R. Shaikhutdinov from the “Civil Platform”, A. Zhuravlev from the “Motherland”, and one self -nominated V. Reznik. Thus, a situation that is non -standard for our parliament has developed when 446 deputies are naturally distributed into their party fractions, and three deputies remain outside the fractions, who do not plan to join anyone.
According to the head of the Kirov regional branch of GP, Mikhail Shevelev, the election results showed that 6 million votes (12%) were given to parties that could not overcome the 5%barrier. Moreover, no party was able to overcome 3% - including Yabloko, which thus lost its preferences in elections and state support. From the “right” political spectrum in the parliament, only the “civilian platform” is represented, which cannot but affect the decisions of the State Duma on the development of entrepreneurship, local self -government and compliance with civil freedoms. Kirov parties are waiting for the relevant instructions of their central bodies to respond to the statement of the leader of the Civil Platform.
According to the results of September 2016, out of 74 registered parties, which were created after the liberalization of the law, a little more than ten are represented in local governments and in regional parliaments, and only 6 at the federal level. Obviously, on the eve of the presidential election, such a party system will undergo changes, it is possible that using administrative mechanisms.
