Eva Merkacheva, a journalist for the Moskovsky Komsomolets newspaper and a member of the Public Monitoring Commission (POC), said that a criminal case was opened in connection with the attack on the daughter of Fedor Emelianenko under the article “beatings”.
Merkacheva specified that Emelianenko's 16-year-old daughter was injured. Earlier, the journalist spoke about the attack on a nine-year-old girl.
There was no official information about the criminal case. The press service of the Moscow police told the Interfax news agency that an investigation is underway in connection with reports of an attack.
In the place where she was attacked, there are no working video surveillance cameras, there were only dummies.

The girl was hit in the chest when she was returning home from school. She was hospitalized at the Research Institute of Emergency Children's Surgery and Traumatology with a diagnosis of "contusion of the chest and abdomen."
