The arrest of the property of the White was canceled

The Moscow City Court canceled the arrest of property and accounts of the former governor of the Kirov region Nikita Belykh. It is reported by Interfax .

Thus, the court satisfied the complaint of the lawyers of Nikita Belykh and his ex -wife Ella, who asked to cancel the arrest decree as issued with violations and unreasonable. The judge also decided to send the case for a new trial in the new composition of the court.

The property of the White was arrested by the Basmann district court of Moscow in August of this year as part of the case of a bribe, which the ex-governor was accused of receipt. The Belykh’s lawyer Vadim Prokhorov at the same time said that “an account with several tens of rubles, a third of the apartment in Perm, which his parents acquired before the birth of Nikita, and Khrushchev there, in Perm, were arrested.

On October 12, Prokhorov pointed out that about 400 thousand rubles were discovered at one of the three arrested accounts of Nikita Belykh, and the rest was a zero balance.

Belykh was detained in a Moscow restaurant on June 24, and the next day was arrested. He was charged with receiving a bribe on an especially large scale: the investigation believes that he received € 400 thousand for the support of the Novovytsk ski plant and the forestry management company. At the end of July, the Belykh was sent by the President of the Russian Federation in connection with the loss of confidence. At the end of August, the court extended the arrest of the White until December 24.
