Swamp prisoner Dmitry Buchenkov was charged with part 1 of Article 318 (the use of non -hazardous violence to a representative of the authorities) and part 2 of Article 212 of the Criminal Code (participation in riots). This was announced on her Facebook page by the lawyer Buchenkova Svetlana Sidorkina.

According to her, the prosecution was charged on October 12. Buchenkov is charged with 6 episodes - this is more than other defendants in the case.

The text of the prosecution appears 7 victims, of which 6 police officers and one employee of Ecouniversal LLC.

The trial over Buzhenkov, Sidorkina notes, will begin in the near future. At the same time, the lawyer added, Buchenkov did not participate in the march of millions on May 6, 2012, since he was in Nizhny Novgorod on this day.

The 37-year-old associate professor of political science and a participant in the left movement of Buchenkov has been in jail since December 2015. The term of its maintenance in the investigative isolator has been repeatedly extended.
