The extension of the forced time to Politzeck Moroshkin is confirmed

The judge of the Chelyabinsk regional court Natalya Chistyakova on October 12 upheld the decision to extend the blogger-regionalist for a compulsory treatment in a psychiatric hospital for another six months. This was reported by the OVD-Info with reference to Andrei Lepikhin, the lawyer of the Politzek.

The decision on the further maintenance of Moroshkin in the regional special psychic worker No. 1 in Chelyabinsk was issued on July 12 by the judge of the Soviet district court of the regional center Olga Zhukova. Consideration of the appeal took several meetings. At the hearing on September 14, Judge Chistyakova decided to subject Moroshkin repeated psychoexpertiza . She made such a decision after the attending physician of the Politsek stated at the hearing that he did not need in the further maintenance in the hospital.

However, as it turned out the other day, after that the psychiatrist was removed from the treatment of Moroshkin, and the politicalzery himself tightened the conditions of the detention , transferring it to the department, where the seriously ill patients are located. Moroshkin was completely isolated from the outside world.

As allowed to conclude a message from the mother of Politzek, Tatyana Moroshkina, such decisions were made just following the results of repeated psychoexpertiza, held on September 28. Doctors, Moroshkin told, achieve from her son so that he ceases to consider himself a political zoom, agreed that he was seriously ill, and issued disability. The conviction of the blogger is that he was sent to a psychiatric hospital for political reasons, and psychiatrists regard the refusal to recognize himself as a symptom of the disease. This position, they say, indicates that Moroshkin does not realize his painful state and danger to others.

The persecution of Moroshkin became known in September 2015 . A case was opened against a blogger under part 2 of Article 280.1 of the Criminal Code (public calls for separatism via the Internet), which provides for up to five years of the colony. The reason for the persecution was 12 publications in the administrated Moroshkin VK community "for the fighting Ukraine! For the free Urals!".

On August 19, 2015, a blogger was taken from a non-departure, but he violated it, first leaving for Moscow, and then to Ukraine. Then he informed the media about his business.

Nevertheless, Moroshkin soon returned to Russia. On the night of September 26, 2015, he was detained in Bryansk and was returned to Chelyabinsk through Moscow. There the blogger was arrested. Initially, it was contained in the SIZO-7 of the Central Galovka of the FSIN, unofficially controlled by the FSB, however, on October 29, the politicalese was transferred to the pre-trial detention center-1 of the regional Federal Penitentiary Service.

On November 19, 2015, the judge of the Soviet District Court of Chelyabinsk Clement Sutyan freed Moroshkin from criminal liability, recognizing him insane, and sent him for forced treatment .

The decision was based on the conclusion of a psychoexpertise, as a result of which the blogger was diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia, paranoid syndrome and nonsense of religious reformation. Earlier, Moroshkin gained fame as the founder of the church of the Chelyabinsk meteorite . He demanded from the regional authorities to convey this structure to a meteorite, which fell on February 15, 2013 in the area of ​​Lake Chebarkul , and insisted on building a meteorite temple in Chelyabinsk.

In 2014, Sutyan gave a conditional term to civil activist Igor Yudin in the fabricated case of an attack on the CPE operatives.

Moroshkin, under the pressure of the security forces, pleaded guilty and did not file an appeal. Since December 10, 2015, it is contained in the special psychic hospital No. 1.

On October 6, the world judge of the 2nd section of the Central District of Chelyabinsk Olga Shchelkanova fined the head physician of this hospital Anatoly Kosova for 1000 rubles for failure to provide a lawyer Lepikhin Moroshkin medical documents. Kosov received a minimum fine provided for in Article 5.39 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (refusal to provide information).

The lawyer's request addressed to the head physician Lepakhin filed in June. Kosov, however, ignored the appeal. Within the 30-day period established by law, he did not submit the documents, and also did not send the lawyer notification of the refusal or delay in the execution of the request.

Lepikhin filed a complaint with the prosecutor’s office, which aroused the case against Kosovo. The head physician himself did not admit to the sane guilt.

Meanwhile, in January 2016, it became known that one more thing was initiated against Moroshkin - about the coloring of Lenin’s bust, installed in the park, in the color of the Ukrainian flag. It is open under part 1 of Article 214 of the Criminal Code (vandalism).

A bust of Lenin was painted on the scarlet field twice - in April and September 2015. The first of the shares was charged with a certain Ivan Gilmutdinov, previously imprisoned in a pre -trial detention center on charges of other crimes. He pleaded guilty and made a deal with the investigation. Moroshkin was accused of holding the September action. This case has now been returned to the police for the investigation.
