Police stopped the protest at the Mannerheim sign

Four Petersburgers were detained by the police for an action near a memorial plaque to Karl Mannerheim on Zakharyevskaya Street, reports Radio Baltika . They were taken to the police and protocols were drawn up under Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses for an uncoordinated rally. They tried to hang next to the commemorative plaque dedicated to the Finnish marshal, a sign "In memory of the most cowardly governor of St. Petersburg." The detainees were released from the police, one of them stated that he did not participate in the action, but simply passed by, and intends to appeal against the administrative protocol.
