Dmitry Buchenkov was charged

On October 12, anarchist Dmitry Buchenkov was finally charged in the “Bolotnaya case” - despite the fact that Buchenkov himself claims that he was not on Bolotnaya Square on May 6, 2012, and he obviously does not look like the person from the video footage included in the criminal case and photographs.

According to his lawyer Svetlana Sidorkina, Buchenkov is charged with 6 counts of unlawful acts - more than other defendants in the case. Allegedly, 6 police officers and EcoUniversal LLC were victims of Buchenkov’s actions.

Buchenkov will most likely be judged alone. Maxim Panfilov, who was arrested several months ago in the same case, was declared insane .
