
The judge of the Tver District Court Ales Orekhova appointed the activist Roman Roslovtsev a punishment in the form of 20 days of administrative arrest under part 8 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (repeated violation by the participant in the public event of the procedure for its holding). It is reported by "OTD-Info".
On the eve of Roslovtsev, once again was detained on Red Square with a poster "I'm not afraid of 212.1." The police brought the activist to the China-Gorod police department, where he spent all night.

From February to the beginning of June, Raslovtsev spent 11 walks, each of which ended in detention. Initially, the activist was fined, and on May 16 he was arrested for 20 days under part 8 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. Freed from the special receiver, the Raslovtsev almost immediately arranged another walk, after which he was again arrested on the same charges - this time for 30 days .
When Raslovtsev was serving a second arrest, two FSB operatives came to him in a specialist and tried to recruit . They convinced the activist that society was not interested in his protests, so he would only receive a term in the colony in vain. However, the opposition rejected the proposal of security forces about cooperation.
On July 21, two operatives of law enforcement agencies - the FSB or CPE, were not specified - tore off the 12th walk of Roslovtsev . They seized the opposition immediately after he received a new Putin’s new mask from the courier from the online store, put them in a car and drove around the city for two hours, threatening some consequences, if he did not stop his shares. The operatives assured the activist that they would no longer allow him to conduct “Putin’s walks”, and if he will continue to try to arrange them, he will “be on a bad”.
On August 21, Roslovtsev said that he had left for Ukraine to ask for political asylum there . However, the activist soon returned to Russia and held shares in the center of Moscow on September 27 and October 5. Both times Roslovtsev was detained. Courts for these episodes are appointed on November 8 and 24.
