The police conducted an audit at the request of the former employee of the company Lyudmila Savchuk, who complained about the incomplete payment of salaries, the lack of an employment contract and other violations. In the actions of the company, signs of fraud were discovered. Materials for the initiation of a criminal case were sent to the Investigative Committee to make a decision on initiating a criminal case.

"In the actions of the leadership of Internet research LLC, signs of the corpus delicti under Article 159 of the Criminal Code (fraud) are seen," the head of the department for combating economic crimes and anti -corruption of the Primorsky district in the district investigation department said.

The head of the “team 29” Lawyer Ivan Pavlov believes that the chances of initiating a criminal case are “very high”.

Savchuk worked at the Troll Factory in December 2014 - March 2015 . She was put in the special projects department. The employee’s task was to write at least five posts on political topics every 12-hour shift. The list of topics provided the leadership at the beginning of each week. The salary of Savchuk was 41 thousand rubles. The employee was not officially issued officially, and the money for work was given to her in cash.

Savchuk was fired for the fact that she violated the terms of the contract, which prohibits employees to discuss the activities of the company with third parties. “I talked with journalists who continued to find out what kind of company it was, and as a result was dismissed,” Petersburger explained. “Moreover, I did not see any other papers.”

In August last year, the Petrograd District Court of St. Petersburg decided to recover from the company "Internet research" 1 ruble of compensation for non-pecuniary damage in favor of Savchuk . The reason for applying to the court was the absence of an official labor contract with and an order to dismiss her, as well as non -payment of her salaries for February.

The team 29 said then that it would achieve the provision of Savchuk of a number of internal documents of the Troll factory, for which she, as a former employee, has a full right. “These documents will allow you to shed light on the inner kitchen of the“ factory ” - for example, we expect to find out if taxes are paying LLC,” the NPO explained.

The "troll factory" is associated with billionaire Evgeny Prigozhin, who is called "Putin's personal restaurateur." On August 24, the FBK reported that he was suspected of Prigozhin in conspiracy to extract income on an especially large scale (part 2 of Article 178 of the Criminal Code). As the FBK investigation showed, six one-day companies interconnected and Prigozhin, as a result of illegal conspiracy during tenders, received 6.4 billion rubles from the budget for the repair of objects of the Ministry of Defense. Tenders, according to the FBK, were held by the subsidiary of the Ministry of Defense of OJSC "GU Housing and Public Utilities".
