The IK-7 administration in the Karelian city of Segezha placed the political prisoner Ildar Dadin in a detachment of strict conditions for serving a sentence (ISUON). This was reported on her FB page by the wife of Politzek Anastasia Zotova.
Zotova learned about the transfer of her husband to Revon, having arrived at him on a date. Politzeck’s wife was not given a meeting, citing the fact that Dadin is in a schizo: the lists are not put in a schizo. The programs to the convicts who are in the penalty area are also not relying, but the colony inspector agreed to accept the program.
When the Politzeck was put in a schizo, on what charges and for what time, Zotovoy could not be found out. At the same time, she made a plausible assumption that Dadina was not sent to the Dadin insulator: after the first sending of the Politzeck, they would hardly have been transferred to Belaruson.
Dadin was sentenced to two and a half years in the colony under Article 212.1 of the Criminal Code (repeated violations at rallies). He did not admit sane guilt.
The delivery of Dadin to the Segezhskaya IK-7 became known on September 28 . This colony has a torture reputation.
On September 30, the Presidium of the Moscow City Court rejected the cassation appeal against the sentence Dadin, supported by the Ombudsman Tatyana Moskalkova.
On October 4, it became known that the verdict to the activist was appealed to the ECHR . As stated in the complaint, Russia violated in relation to Dadin Article 11 (freedom of assembly and associations) and 6 (the right to a fair trial) of the European Convention, as well as Article 4 (the right to not be involved in a second court or punishment) of Protocol No. 7 to this convention.
