So from the "Russian Association of Legal Journalism" the defendant "of the Magnitsky list" ex-head of the pre-trial detention center N2 "Butyrka" and the pre-trial detention center N3 Dmitry Komnov is elected. Earlier, the prisoners repeatedly complained about the beatings from the side of the Coon, who led Butyrka, where Sergey Magnitsky spent the last years of his life.

Andrei Stebenev, ex-defender of Svetlana Davydova , deprived of the lawyer’s status for refusing to appeal her arrest against her, “non-groundless”, is also running from the inter-regional public organization “Society for the Promotion of Law enforcement and fire activities” in the capital's PMC.

“Among organizations nominating candidates, there are a lot of those that are difficult to call human rights. In 2013, Tsvetkov managed to take the post of chairman of the Moscow PMC. "Officers" will try to take posts in the PMC in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Chelyabinsk, Murmansk, Ulyanovsk and Tyumen regions.

“There are fewer human rights activists. There were many human rights activists in the first convictions, but now they cannot run, they have settled the limit of participation.
