Igor Klochkov, who was detained on August 25 on Red Square during a rally in memory of the 1968 demonstration, was fined 10,000 rubles on October 18. Judge Orekhova of the Tverskoy District Court found him guilty of violating the procedure for holding a public event - under the fifth part of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. This was reported to OVD-Info by the lawyer of the Public Verdict Foundation, Nikolay Zboroshenko, who represents the interests of Klochkov.
