Cyril and I play chess in the sports hall of the Onyx college. I am a teacher of “Onyx”, Cyril is a sortone. I'm joking and mistaken, Cyril does not smile, plays concentrated. At some point, he clearly puts the horse in the wrong way, I propose to “cross”, he busily refuses. Thirty minutes later, he will put me a mat, after another two parties, the tournament will win. Cyril has a second rank of chess, he studies for a manufacturer of wood products, but is unlikely to get a job.

At the age of seven, in the children's camp, Cyril was drawn into the ironing car. Full paralysis, clinical death. The boy was saved and sent for rehabilitation to a German clinic, for several years his mother brought him to swim with dolphins to Stavropol. Later, Cyril returned to study at school. I studied for four years, then the school administration forced him to switch to an individual form of training. In the classroom, the boy could not do it on his own. But nothing came out with individual classes. Mathematics was led by a head teacher. Almost all half an hour allocated for the lesson, she ran around the school and solved administrative problems. And Cyril stood under the door.

But Cyril and his mother did not stop, they moved to the 18th correctional school, the boy tried to live an active life, went to the sports section, became the four-time champion of Russia in parallers. Now Cyril is studying at college, constantly making something.

Lyudmila Sergeevna says that without vocational training, without communication is difficult. Here, Cyril can be proud that he is a student, in a sports section - to work for the sake of victory. He is not interesting at home.

They want to be ordinary

At home, it is not interesting to all children, especially unusual. Although the guys with cerebral palsy, Down syndrome and other developmental disabilities would very much like to be ordinary. But the Ministry of Education and Science considers them persons with special educational needs. The needs of them, by the way, like all children - learn new things, communicate with peers. But the ways to realize them are much less.

If you graduate from a correctional school, then you will not receive a certificate, only a certificate. Children with serious cognitive disorders, who are low to learning, fall into the class of a special child. In the learning certificate they will write “reading”, “letter”, “account” instead of the usual “literature”, “Russian language”, “mathematics”.

The needs of them, like all children, but how to realize them is much less

In the "onyx" guys will take to study without a competition, hence the line. Only one or two groups are typed for each of the three specialties: locksmith, tailor, manufacturer of wood products. The locksmith is the most prestigious profession, after release you can get at the Motovilikhinsky Plants and the Machine -Building Plant named after F.E. Dzerzhinsky ”and receive a good salary. But children with violations of the musculoskeletal system cannot be studied by this specialty, children with a diagnosis of "Down Syndrome", too. It’s more difficult to find a tailor, they won’t take it in the studio, to the factory too. College teacher Nadezhda Myasnikova says that it is difficult for girls to remember the procedure. With many, every lesson needs to start again. But the girls are in love with work: pillowcases, tacks, diapers are sewing.

Girls in a group of 10 people. Marina Lozhkina lives in a foster family, they have a house, economy. Marina brings milk cans to college, butter and sells to teachers. She recently graduated from college, wants to study further. Previously, like an orphan, she could receive professional education several times. Since this year, the law prohibits to receive vocational education again.

Girls in the group are different-there are orphans, there are homemade, some have a diagnosis of “pedagogical neglect”, someone has problems with attention and memory. Diana has dyslexia. She managed to graduate from an art school, a design school and is now going to study on a cosmetologist.

Lena Zueva did not finish the college, sits on academic maternity leave. Lena’s mother died when the girl was 12 years old, she was taken to an orphanage. In 2013, she graduated from the 113rd correctional school. She studied well, in the certificate one “triple” - in mathematics. Lena entered the college of pregnant women, rarely attended classes, complained about well -being. In March 2015, she gave birth to a son Bogdan. All this time, Galina Delidova, a social teacher of college, did not lower her eyes off Lena. The Dedmorozim Foundation helped things for the baby: stroller, clothing, bed. Galina Petrovna literally “forced” Lena to submit an application for allocation to her, like an orphan, housing. Housing was Dali, Lena is trying to equip it and waits for him to go out again.

Walking together

Several organizations are engaged in the affairs of children with disabilities in the Perm Territory. Lyudmila Sergeevna, Mom Cyril, is included in the Council for the Disabled Affairs under the Governor of the Perm Territory. In 2010, she, along with other parents with disabilities, created the Society of Parma disabled and parents. Society protects the rights and interests of people with disabilities who have reached the age of 18. Adaptive physical education, sports, massage - participants in the organization are looking for specialists, they themselves are taking events. A graduate of the 154th correctional school Pasha Getzlevich made a site to society. He did not enter the college due to the diagnosis, but took lessons in computer science. “You need to learn. Home training is not right, ”says Lyudmila Sergeevna.

But not everyone is able to learn. In 2013, the federal project “Available Environment” was launched, grants were allocated from the budget for the construction of new institutions for persons with special educational needs.

So far, this has not brought changes. Lyudmila Sergeevna turned to the Ministry of Education, they refused. More precisely, they said that there were no funds. There are no funds, no budget places for training.

In 2015, 36 children with disabilities were recruited to the ONICS college. There were much more people, parents wrote to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Perm Territory, increased reception. But such miracles rarely happen. Many guys know where they will go to study, already in the seventh grade, although they will take them to college only after the ninth. Teachers of correctional schools are actively cooperating with the Onyx administration, they take the children on excursions, arrange the contest “Professional Samples”. Where they go to work, the guys are not worried. While they want to communicate, laugh, on duty in the dining room. Learn, not stand under the door.
