The Supreme Court of North Ossetia replaced the chairman of the Beslan Voice Committee Ella Kesaeva 20 hours of compulsory work, appointed to her for the anniversary of the Beslan tragedy, a fine of 10 thousand rubles. It is reported by the "Caucasian Knot".
The court made such a decision by re -qualified Kesaeva’s accusation from part 2 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (holding a public event without notification) for part 5 of the same article (violation of the procedure for public events). As noted, the social activist gave a minimum fine provided for in paragraph 5 of Article 20.2.
The publication does not give more detailed information. Meanwhile, as follows from the list of cases on the court’s website, on Thursday the Caesaeva appeal was considered to another decision made in relation to the anniversary of the terrorist attack in her relation to the anniversary of Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (disobedience to the legal demand of the police). How this meeting ended is unknown.
In addition, on October 20, five other residents of Beslan, attracted in connection with the action, were Svetlana Margieva, Emilia Bzarov, Emma Betrozova (Tagaeva), Zemfira and Zhanna Tsirikhova. Each of them also appealed two decisions: the first in part 2 of Article 20.2, the second - in part 1 of Article 19.3. There is also no information about the results of hearings on these appeals.
Until today, the meeting for each of the complaints was scheduled three times: on September 26, October 6 and 14. It can be assumed that the hearings were postponed every time.
On September 1, Kesaeva, Margiev, Bzarov, Betrozova and Zhanna Tsirikhov appeared in the gym of school No. 1 in T -shirts with the inscription "Putin - executioner of Beslan." The daughter of Kesaeva during the assault on the school in 2004 was injured. The children of the other four protesters died.
The security forces detained all five protesters, as well as Zemfira Tsirikhov, who did not participate in the action. The detentions were seriously conducted - the women in their arms remained bruises. Together with the residents of Beslan, the journalists of the Novaya newspaper Elena Kostyuchenko and the “such cases” Diana Khachatryan fell into OP “Right -Bank”.
Journalists were soon released, and protocols were fabricated by the action participant and Zemfira Tsirikhov. The courts passed late at night and ended only by 3 o’clock in the morning on September 2. Betrozov and Jeanne Tsirikhov were fined 20 thousand rubles each; The remaining four were given 20 hours of compulsory work, citing the fact that the involved does not have funds for the payment of fines.
On September 3, hooligans attacked activists .
On the afternoon of September 14, security officials tried to penetrate the house of Kesaeva. Of the three cars, about 15 people got out, some in police uniforms. Visiters ultimately demanded from a relative of Kesaeva, who opened the door so that the activist would go to them. A relative replied that Kesaeva was not at home, and closed the door to the security forces.
Among the visitors was the investigator of OP "Pravoberezhny". Her signatures are under the detention protocols of Kesaeva and other participants in the action on September 1. At the same time, in reality, Batagova did not contact in any way with the detainees after the action.
In addition, among the visitors were hooligans participating in the attack on September 3.
As noted, surveillance of activists, installed in early September, was still carried out at that time, and the phones were listened. Human rights activists who tried to help the "Voice of Beslan" came to the SS with threats.
