Court of the Director of the Ukrainian Library

On October 21, a preliminary hearing in the criminal case of the director of the library of Ukrainian literature Natalia Sharina should take place in the Meshchansky District Court of Moscow.

Sharina has been under house arrest for almost a year without the right to short -term walks. Paragraph 2 of Article 282 (excitement of hatred or enmity using an official position; up to 5 years of the colony) and part 4 of Article 160 of the Criminal Code are charged with it (embezzlement on an especially large amount; up to 10 years).
