16 billion rubles of state energy holdings are stuck in the ROC bank

State energy companies kept more than 16 billion rubles in the bank "Peresvet", which faced the threat of bankruptcy. In the event of a bank failure, they may become the most affected clients.

As Meduza found out, having studied the reporting of companies, RusHydro kept 6.280 billion rubles on deposits in Peresvet, another 1.405 billion were placed on the company's current account.

RAO "Energy Systems of the East" kept on deposit in "Peresvet" 5.901 billion rubles.

Mosenergosbyt (part of Inter RAO, whose board of directors is headed by Igor Sechin) placed 2.9 billion rubles in the bank.

Also on the accounts of Peresvet there may be money from the company RN-energo, which is engaged in the energy supply of Rosneft enterprises. This is evidenced by the corporate plan "purchases from a single supplier".
