Zakhtea was kidnapped in the evening of the 6th or on the night of August 7, when he went to order-to take passengers from the village in the Yana-Kapu area (Krasnoperekopsk). Panov was arrested on August 11, Zakhteya in the criminal case - the 13th. It is also known that the case was allocated for separate proceedings under Article 317 (an encroachment on the life of the military), opened on the facts of the death of the head of the Crimean UFSB department of Lieutenant Colonel Roman Kamenev and the corporal of the 247th landing and storm regiment Semyon Sychev. It is transferred to the Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Black Sea Fleet.

Zakhteya’s wife reported that on September 5, her husband was charged with aiding terrorism. She did not indicate accurate qualifications - as we can assume, was meant either article 205.1 of the Russian Criminal Code (assistance to terrorism), or part 5 of Article 33 - Article 205 (aiding in the attack). However, this information has not yet received confirmation.

On August 15, it was reported that nine people were detained in the case of Ukrainian saboteurs. The names of the defendants were not given. It was also reported that only two suspects were arrested. Since by that time it was already known about the arrest of Panov and Zakhtei, it can be assumed that Suleimanov was not sent to the pre -trial detention center.
