On October 27, the Zheleznodorozhny District Court of Simferopol found Crimean anarchist Aleksey Shestakovich guilty of using narcotic substances without a doctor's prescription (part 1 of article 6.9 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) and fined him 4,000 rubles. About this writes the publication "Mediazona" with reference to the activist.
The court rejected all Shestakovich's motions, including the postponement of the meeting due to the absence of a lawyer. On September 18, a medical examination was carried out, on the basis of which a fine was awarded. The activist specified that he intends to appeal against the court decision.
According to Shestakovich, he was detained by the police when he went to the store, after which his apartment was searched. After the search, he was taken to the Simferopol Center for Combating Extremism. The protocol stated that on September 18, the psychotropic substance cannabinol was found in Shestakovich's urine. Shestakovich points out that the protocol does not say in what quantity this substance was found.
