The resident of the new Urengoy Musa Mamedov, who protests against the disconnecting of hot water and heating in his house, tried to pick up the child on October 26. This was reported by the OTD-Info on October 27 Elena Sidorenova.

At the same time, it became known that on October 11, an administrative case was instructed on October 11 on insulting the head of the housing policy of the administration of the city of Nina Dinkova (in the first part 5.61 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The decision to initiate the case states that on September 29, Mammadov expressed “insults in indecent form, which humiliated her honor and dignity” in her office in the administration building. The consideration of the case was postponed to November 14 after Dinkov, who filed an insult to Mamedov, did not appear in court on October 26.

On September 29, in the emergency house where the Mammadov family lives, heating and hot water turned off. In protest, Mamedov declared a hunger strike and hung an appropriate poster on the wall of the house. When he commented on reporters, the police detained both him and media representatives. The latter were later fined on charges of participating in an inconsistent picket, and employees of the guardianship authorities came to Mammadov on October 6 and stated that they intend to take the children from him due to unsuitable conditions in his house. The house at 57 Street Street was recognized as emergency back in 2012, but people still live in it who did not provide new housing.

As Mamedov said to the Rus2Web publication, earlier electricity was turned off in the house, supposedly in connection with the repair, but it was never turned on. “Enough at home, it is unbearably cold, we carry water from a neighboring house. From there, they temporarily extended the wire to prepare food and turn on a small oil radiator, but it is not possible to constantly keep the electricity on. There has never been a gas stove in our house: although the new Urengoy is called the “gas capital”, for twenty years the gas in the houses of our microdistrict has never spent, ”Mammadov quotes Rus2Web. In total, eleven families live in the house.
