The trial of the opponent of the development in the warm camp by Alexander Stepanov, detained on October 21 and accused of disobedience, the legal order of a police officer (under Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) was moved to the beginning of November. The interests of Stepanov are represented by lawyer Leonid Alperovich.

The judge postponed the meeting, sending a request to the election commission, as well as demanding from the police to present a video, since the video presented by the defense party diverged significantly with the testimony of police officers. A request to the election commission is necessary in order to confirm that Stepanov is a member of the PEC - according to the law on basic guarantees of electoral rights, in such cases the court may impose an administrative punishment only from the sanction of the regional prosecutor.

Alexander Stepanov and Maxim Polyakov were detained on Friday, on October 21, during an attempt by the police to evacuate cars parked next to the construction site, causing protests of the inhabitants. During the confrontation, one woman was injured, an ambulance took her. On October 24, the police came home to Stepanov and took him to the court by force , although he did not receive a summons with a call to the court and was not notified of the upcoming consideration of his case. Later, the meeting was postponed to October 27.
