
The ex-leader of the prohibited movement "Russians" Dmitry Demushkin was charged with the final edition of the case of extremism. This was reported by Interfax with reference to lawyer Mikhail Tikhonov.
"Today, Dmitry Demushkin was brought in the final edition under Part 1 of Article 282 of the Criminal Code. Today they announce the end of the preliminary investigation and that we can begin to familiarize themselves with the case file," Tikhonov said. The lawyer noted that according to the results of a psychiatric examination, Demushkin was recognized as sane.
The case against Demushkin became known in December 2015 . Part 1 of Article 282 of the Criminal Code (excitement of hatred or enmity), the policy threatens up to four years in the colony. The prosecutor in the debate requested two years of real term for Demushkin. Naydenov ordered Demushkin not to leave apartments in the South Moscow district of Bratevo, not to use communications and not communicate with journalists.

The politician called the actual reason for the application of the investigation the desire to disrupt his participation in the Russian march, traditionally planned on November 4. After the decision is announced, Demushkin assured that his colleagues would hold a Russian march without his participation.
On Thursday, it became known that the Moscow City Hall refused the nationalists in the coordination of the Russian march in the outskirts of the southeast district of Lublin. In total, three notifications were submitted to hold the action on November 4 in Lublin, and they are all rejected. In another notification, a route in the north of Moscow was announced.
