The chairman of the fourth composition of the Moscow PMC elected the head of the Board of Directors of the Pravda.ru holding Vadim Gorshenin. It is reported by Open Russia.

As the Mediazone clarifies , Gorshenin consists in the Presidium of the Russian Officers. The leader of this organization Anton Tsvetkov was the chairman of the previous convocation of the Moscow PMC. This year, he advanced and was elected to the new composition of the Moscow Region Commission.

Among the assets of the Gorshenin holding are Pravda.ru and Politonline political sites, known for their aggressive pro -Kremlin position. In May, the media manager itself was included in the sanctions list of Ukraine .

The first deputy chairman of the capital's PMC was the journalist of the Moscow Komsomolets Eva Merkacheva. Meanwhile, on October 22, after a number of independent candidates did not go to the commission, Merkachev did not exclude that "publicly left the PMC."

On October 21, the new compounds of the PMC were formed in 42 regions . Everywhere, the authorities squeezed out the maximum of independent observers from the commissions.

So, in Moscow, the Party function of the Party on December 5, Anna Karenikova, chairman of the civil rights committee, Andrei Babushkin, journalist of Novaya Gazeta, Elena Masyuk, did not get into the new composition of the PMC. Also, activist Parnassus Mikhail Krieger (member of the first composition of the PMC acting until 2010), left activist Eduard Rudyk, Yabloko functionary Nikolai Caucasian did not go to the commission.

At the same time, the observer was the former head of the capital's pre-trial detention center-2 Butyrka Dmitry Komnov, a person involved in the Magnitsky list. The PMC also included another member of the Presidium of Russian Officers, Anton Frolkin, as well as the famous resolver Pavel Pyatnitsky.

Of the independent candidates, the members of the Moscow PMC for the first time became lawyers of the Moscow branch of the Committee on the Prevention of torture Anastasia Garina and Dmitry Piskunov.
