The FSINovets also confirmed that on September 12, Dadina was handed over to the handcuffs. "This fact is recorded in the relevant journals and, as it should be in such cases, a service check was carried out on it, the results of which were sent to the prosecutor's office," Maksimenko noted.

On Wednesday, the FSINovets later said , Dadina in the colony will be examined by "Independent Medical Specialists". The composition of the commission, he assured, "will be formed solely on the recommendation of human rights activists," and the results of the examination will be published immediately.

Meanwhile, the head of the Presidential Council of Human Rights Mikhail Fedotov told the agency that he turned to the FSIN with a request to allow the visit to the Segezh IK -7 to two members of the Council - the chairman of the Committee on Prevention of Torture Igor Kalyapin and the chairman of Agora Paul Chikov. Human rights activists intend to visit the colony on November 7-8.

According to the correspondent of "faces", after 17 hours in Moscow, at the central headquarters of the FSIN on Zhitnoye Street, several dozen activists held single pickets demanding to stop the toy torture and investigate them. Activists also prepared the relevant statements and lowered them into a box for correspondence in the lobby of the department. Meanwhile, attempts by protesters to contact one of the FSIN leadership were unsuccessful.

Earlier, Radio Liberty reported that Dadin about torture was refuted by the chairman of the Karelian PMC Alexander Ruzanov. According to Ruzanov, IK -7 "was famous for such things (torture. - Ed.) Dadin's message about torture appeared on Tuesday morning at Medusa. The publication was distributed by the letter of the political prisoner to his wife Anastasia Zotova, who was recorded from his words by lawyer Alexei Lipzer on October 31.

The lawyer met with Dadin several times, after the opposition on October 26 left the schizo, where he was serving the third 15-day period in a row. “He looks somewhat frightened and depressed,” Lipzer told the “faces.” “Classing abrasions from handcuffs are noticeable in his hands.”

Then the beating continued.

The accusations on which Dadina was sent to the schizo in the future were also fabricated. “All the videos on which I was declared penalties are staged: before you shoot them, they told me how to behave and what to do - not to argue, not to object, to look at the floor,” the letter said.

“Time plays against me,” the political prisoner also noted. “Video from surveillance cameras would prove to torture and beating, but that they have been preserved, there are less and less chances. If I have been tortured, beaten and rape, I hardly hold out for more than a week.”

After the publication of the letter, the Karelian Federal Penitentiary Service confirmed the "application of physical strength and special equipment" to Dadin. The reason, according to the jailers, was that September 11, Politzek, "in a rough uniform refused to leave the camera, take a position for a search, began to grab employees with his hands for uniforms."

Meanwhile, the Ombudsman Tatyana Moskalkova said she took the situation for personal control. In turn, the press secretary of Vladimir Putin Dmitry Peskov assured that his boss would report on a letter from Dadin. “This is a case that deserves the most close attention,” the official noted.
