The new members of the Moscow commission were lawyers of the “Committee for the Prevention of Torture” Anastasia Garina and Dmitry Piskunov, head of the department of the ANO “Center for the Prevention of Offenses and Crimes” Sergei Gusev and chairman of the Moscow region POC Evgenia Morozova.
