Former head of the board of Inter -Kommerz Bank on the wanted list

The former chairman of the board of Inter -Kommerz Bank Alexander Bugaevsky was wanted on charges of fraud. This is stated in a message published on the website of the Investigative Committee.

According to the investigation, at the end of January, Bugaevsky "wrote off foreign companies controlled by him under fictitious contracts of sale of currency belonging to this bank in the amount of more than 45 million euros, or more than 3.9 billion in ruble equivalent."

In February, the Central Bank withdrew the license from the Inter -Kommerza, and in April, the bank was declared bankrupt by decision of the Moscow Arbitration Court.

The location of Bugaevsky has not yet been established. His property is arrested. The list includes an apartment in Moscow, a country house, land in the Moscow region and about one hundred million rubles.

Intercommers Bank according to the results of 2015, occupied 63rd place in terms of assets in the Interfax-100 Ranking. According to Ranking, the amount of individuals on the bank's balance sheet as of January 1, 2016 amounted to 68.37 billion rubles.
