
Roskomnadzor will fined the newspaper "Capital of United Russia" for violation of the media law when indicating the weekend. It is reported by the Voice movement.
The department recognized the absence of information about the issue of the period of the periodical in the newspaper. The editor -in -chief of the newspaper will be brought to administrative responsibility under Article 13.22 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
The fine can be from 500 to 1 thousand rubles.
Earlier, the co -chair of the movement of public controllers for the Voice elections, Grigory Melkonian, said that the newspaper violated the frequency of the release established by Article 2 of the Law “On Media”. According to the law, if the issues of the newspaper have not been published throughout the year, the certificate of registration of the media must be invalid. According to the Melkonian, the newspaper in 13 years came out nine times.
In September, the Moscow City Court recognized the fact of illegal campaigning in the "capital of United Russia". It was reported that the newspaper spread during the election campaign and contained campaigning for United Russia, but this was not financed from the party’s election fund, since the newspaper was considered a party printing authority.
