FAS wrote out Google a new fine on the dispute with Yandex

The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) fined Google for 1 million rubles for failure to comply with the order of the department, TASS reports .

As Prime clarifies, 500 thousand rubles each are fined Google Inc. and Google Ireland Limited.

The FAS previously warned that they would write fines for non -compliance with the decision until it eliminates violations.

We are talking about antitrust proceedings against Google at the request of Yandex. The Russian company complained about the abuse of Google by a monopoly position in the application market for devices with Android OS.

The Antimonopoly Service found Google guilty of restrictions for third -party applications for Android, the company in August was fined for violation of the competition of competition by 438 million rubles.

Google disputes the decision on the fine, on November 1, the Moscow Arbitration Court decided to consider the case closed at the request of the company. The meeting was scheduled for December 1. The court also rejected the Yandex petition to join this process.
