The volume of apartments in Moscow has reached a record since 2008

In October 2016, in Moscow, there were 291 new buildings on the territory between TTK and the Moscow Ring Road. The total number of apartments on sale over this month increased by 5 % (up to 21.8 thousand pieces), the area of ​​the exposed housing increased by 4.6 %, which is a record indicator from the 2008 crisis. This was reported by Vedomosti with reference to the study of the IRN-Consulting Center.

According to the head of the IRN.RU portal, Oleg Rephenko, the conditions, according to the agreement of the documentation, are stimulated by the construction faster, since, in particular, urgent building permits, and they have to pay fines for their breakdown.

The maximum of new buildings was recorded in 2005, 368 buildings. The minimum, 177 new residential buildings, was in 2012. In recent years, the proposal of residential real estate, the interlocutor of the publication notes, is constantly increasing: in 2013 by 17%, in 2014 by 24%, in 2015 by 62% and in 2016 by 11.7% for three quarters.
