Nokia completed the purchase of Alcatel-Lucent for € 16 billion

Nokia completed the acquisition of Alcatel-Lucent for € 15.6 billion, according to the website of the Finnish company. Nokia redeemed 100% of the shares of the French-American manufacturer of telecommunication equipment.

As noted in the Nokia report, the completion of the transaction with Alcatel was the end of the “three -year transformation”, which began with the purchase of Siemens shares at Nokia Siemens in 2013 and continued to sell part of the business, including cartographic.
