Paskeka program: as a pineapple web studio from Yekaterinburg, Pro Bono works

“Paska” is a project of the greenhouse of social technologies on the audit and certification of high -quality creative agencies. We continue to introduce you to agencies that have received the certification of the "apiary" and help non -profit organizations Pro Bono.

The program coordinator Alexei Kleosov is talking with Evgeny Gavrilyak-the head of the projects of the Yekaterinburg web studio "Pineapple" .

- Eugene, hello. Tell us about your studio.

- Our company was founded in 2015. The main activity is focused on the provision of IT solutions for business. We strive to make our projects with a Web interface that could be equally good to use both on mobile and stationary devices. Our company believes that the future is for universal decisions and automation of business processes.

- Why do you help Pro Bono social projects?

- Work on such projects helps the moral spirit of our team. Thus, we contribute to the development of our society.

- Tell us about your experience with NGOs.

- So far, the only experience in this area is assistance for the Charitable Foundation “Your Children” . It was necessary to solve the problem of transferring the database. The company that developed a new version of the portal for the fund did not take into account the need to transfer data from the old version of the portal. And at the time of delivery, she said that this was impossible.

Then representatives of the fund turned to Pineapple. We thought that there is nothing in this task, and decided it in one day. The only inconvenience is communication with the previous performer with whom we have a certain “language” barrier. In the future, we decided all the differences and made several more changes to the site.

- Can you give advice to those who want to help Pro Bono?

- Do not be afraid to incur small losses for the sake of good goals.

- Do you consider the program “apiary” necessary for studios, agencies and a non -profit sector?

- Honestly, we only joined this project, and it is difficult for us to judge. But, given how poorly the Pro Bono system is in Russia, the connecting element is always beneficial for development.
