After taking the explanations from Andreeva, she was released, but at the exit they again detained and left in the police department before the court. Idrisov, according to police officers, reports that such an order was given by the head of the Karelia Ministry of Internal Affairs, Major General Dmitry Sergeyev.

"The lawyer Natalya Vasilkov, who arrived at Anastasia, stated the arbitrariness of the detention, the obvious illegality of the drawn up an administrative offense report. The police in the department did not even argue, referring to the impossibility of disobeying the instructions of the angry minister," writes Idrisov.

On Friday, 12 activists from St. Petersburg came to IK-7 and held a series of single pickets . They held the posters "Russia will be free", "no torture of prisoners", "sadists from prison - to prison", "freedom to Ildar Dadin, the defender of the Constitution." The action lasted 15 minutes, after which, at the request of the FSIN employees, it was terminated. However, Anastasia Andreeva, Vadim Sukhodolky, Varvara Mikhailova, Maria Laketian, Yaroslav Putrov, Ilya Smirnov and Konstantin Pokhilchuk, as well as photojournalist David Frenkel, were detained.

According to the Petrozavodsk publication Skoronovosti, on Friday Dadin was in the Republican Clinical Hospital in the capital of Karelia. On the eve of the political prisoner, they transferred here from IK-7 to conduct a medical examination of an independent commission in order to identify traces of torture and beatings.

On Tuesday, a letter from Dadin was published to his wife Anastasia Zotova, who was recorded from his words by lawyer Alexei Lipzer on October 31. In a letter, Politzek talked about the torture that was subjected to IK-7 . In the FSIN, these facts deny.

On Thursday, Tatyana Moskalkova, the Commissioner for Human Rights, met in IK-7 with political prisoners. Dadin confirmed to her that "coercion measures in the form of handcuffs" were applied to him. In addition, according to Dadin, violence was applied to him "outside the cell." Moskalkova noted that she has no evidence to confirm or refute it. "I believe in both his words and the words of the employees who show the photos," she said. Dadin also agreed to undergo testing on the Detector of Lies.

At the same time, Moskalkova said that Dadina should be transferred to serve his sentence to another colony. According to the Ombudsman, after the statements of the political prisoner about the application of violence to him, "there will always be a kind of suspicion of bias or a subjective approach to a person." Later on Thursday, Dadina was delivered to Petrozavodsk, where he was examined in the city hospital.

Meanwhile, the European Court of Human Rights applied to the claim for torture in the colony of political prisoner Ildar Dadin urgent (interim) measures. In addition, the ECHR on his own initiative assigned a complaint priority. By November 17, Russia should provide forensic documents to the Strasbourg Court, for which Dadin’s medical examination immediately conducting doctors independent of the Federal Antimonopoly Service. The ECHR also ordered access to Dadin to the applicant, lawyer of the fund Nikolai Zboroshenko.

From Tuesday in support of Dadin, protests are held. Human rights activists, politicians, and cultural figures made his defense.
