On November 3, such decisions were made on the complaints of Zemfira Tsirikhova and Svetlana Margieva, on Monday - on the complaints of the remaining four attracted: the leader of the "Voice of Beslan" Ella Kesaeva, as well as Emma Betrosova (Tagaeva), Emilia Bzarova and Zhanna Tsirikhova.

After the action on September 1, in the gym of the Beslan school No. 1, two protocols were fabricated for each of the six detainees: in part 2 of Article 20.2 (holding a public event without notification) and in part 1 of Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (disobedience to the legal requirement of a police officer). According to the first of these protocols, activists were appointed large fines or compulsory work; According to the second, each was fined for the minimum amount provided for by the Code - 500 rubles .

Decisions under Article 20.2 were appealed in October . Judge Nazirat Kokaeva softened the punishment for most activists, retraining the charges from the 2nd part of this article on the 5th (violation of the procedure for public events).

At the same time, Judge Kokaeva canceled the punishment of Zemfira, who did not participate in the action, recognizing her innocence. Meanwhile, Alborov confirmed the fine of this activist.

On September 1, Kesaeva, Margiev, Bzarov, Betrozova and Zhanna Tsirikhov appeared in the gym of school No. 1 in T -shirts with the inscription "Putin - executioner of Beslan." The daughter of Kesaeva during the assault on the school in 2004 was injured. The children of the other four protesters died.
