Why did we decide to go? You know about the message about the torture that Ildar managed to pass through the lawyer. The fact that the wife of Ildar, Anastasia Zotova, sought a date, but she was not given. I achieved a connection by phone - it did not work. She became very scared. And here is this message. It became scary to everyone.
In St. Petersburg, they collected a gathering. And my friends and I decided to go to the colony with pickets.

They painted posters and drove away. 12 people were of us. We drove up to the colony. There is a regular public road. Everyone walks and drives. But at the entrance there is an ad.

I don’t know if this says that this road is part of a regime object. We will also find out.
They launched posters, standing from each other at a sufficient distance (we need 50 meters in St. Petersburg, in Karelia there is no one as it turned out). Well, I remind you that a single picket does not require coordination according to the FZ-54.
I thought that we would stand like this, no one would pay attention to us, and we will disperse. But it turned out wrong.
The colony officers came to us. A whole crowd. Headed by the deputy head of the colony Alexander Alexandrovich. I forgot my last name. He introduced himself and showed a certificate. He said that our action was illegal and asked to remove posters and stop taking pictures. We immediately removed the posters and stopped taking pictures. Then I chose a strategy and acted according to this strategy. I think it is still right. Most of us are with me, but not all. Some people think that it was necessary to leave right away.
I said:
- I think we are acting by law. In any case, the police should judge us. Please call the police.
The deputy chief of the colony to me:
- We called.
I:
- Okay, we are waiting.
The police arrived. They say:
- You violate the law.
I to them:
- I think no. Single pickets do not require approval.
And they:
- No, they demand.
Plus, we were told that we should leave the territory of the regime object. This also caused us doubts. We stood on a public road. Where cars drive and people go. The colony is across the road.
First of all, I called the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Karelia, described the situation, received the answer that, yes, single pickets do not require approval, left my data so that later they would send an official answer to me. And secondly, I called 112 to the police. My call, of course, came to OP Segezhi. I said:
-We are opposite IK-7. Your colleagues say that we cannot not only conduct single pickets here, but just be here. I want to understand who is right, we or them.
They told me:
- Wait, now the OP leadership will come to you and will figure it out.
We decided to wait. That is, some of us decided to wait, and some suggested that they leave sin. I thought like this: if the OP leadership tells us to leave, we will leave. I was sure that everything would end peacefully.
And then it was like that.
A car arrived. The police came out. Their leader introduced himself as deputy head of the department and said:
“You have broken the law and pass with us.”
That is, I remind. We just stood there without posters and were waiting for the OP leadership to clarify the situation. The OP leadership did not even try to clarify the situation, but simply instructed to stuff us into the cars. They stuffed it how much it climbed. 8 people out of 12. Including the girl Nastya, who did not participate in pickets.
We brought us to the department. Everything was peaceful there. Within 3 hours (as, according to the law), they managed to draw up protocols on us on 20.2.5 (violation of the rules of the public event) (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses- ATS-Info ) and said that now everyone would be released. Indeed, they gathered us together and released us in a crowd.
We are so joyful, we smoke, look for our cars with our eyes. And then the most interesting begins.
We understand that one of us is not enough. All are: "And where is Nastya?"
We broke back. And to us:
- They detained your girlfriend for the resistance of the police.
In general, briefly. Nastya was without a poster. The employees realized that she had kept her for 3 hours just like that. 20.2.5 She can’t sew. And they decided to imptorate her 19.3 (disobedience to the legal request of the police officer).
That is, Nastya was detained again, holding 3 hours just like that. This is hell and lawlessness.
Further there were attempts at negotiations, the search for a lawyer, I constantly called the PMC of Karelia to the helpline:
- Good evening, I'm from Segezhi with you!
Helpline employee:
- Yes, I realized already. Ekaterina Evgenievna, you?
Friends simultaneously called the helpline of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation and tried to pull the head of the OP to negotiations.
On the phone, our actions were coordinated by Dinar, who from the very beginning was aware of everything (I was true to her rule: in any incomprehensible situation, call Dinar Idrisov).
It was not possible to pull out Nastya. According to the lawyer - to detain her at night - an instruction from Petrozavodsk (capital of Karelia). (Human rights activist Dinar Idrisov wrote on Facebook that the protocol for Anastasia Andreev was drawn up “on the instructions of the Minister of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Karelia Sergeyev Dmitry Nikolaevich, the major general of the police.” Since the punishment under Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses is possible, for which the protocol under this article may be detained for a period of up to two days. -OVD-Info )
We went to look for the night.
The next day there was a court, which was supposed to justify Nastya for the lack of composition, but found guilty and awarded a fine . We were not allowed to go to court. Like, there are no bailiffs for protection.
According to Nastya, the police there gave false testimonies there, they say, Nastya pushed them, interfered with the detention of others.
Having met Nastya from the court, we left for St. Petersburg. The rest is waiting for the court at 20.2.5.
