In Nizhny Novgorod, the city authorities refused to agree on the procession and rally of the non -systemic communist party of the RKRP (P. Type). In the events of the Communist Party, communists from the RKRP in Nizhny Novgorod do not participate, because They consider the first batch of non -communist. The authorities, as a rule, coordinate much more mass events of the Communist Party, and often refuse to coordinate a rather small RKRP. This year, the reason for the refusal of the administration was called the "threat of terrorist attacks." According to the administration employees who explained the refusal to agree on the organizers, law enforcement agencies received information on “preparing terrorist attacks” on November 7.

Peter Typekov, head of the Nizhny Novgorod branch of the Russian Communist Workers Party (RKRP) and the Labor Nizhny Novgorod movement told us that his organization received such a refusal to agree on public events for the day of celebration of the anniversary of the revolution. In previous years, the city authorities also did not agree on processions and a rally on far -fetched prepositions.

According to the Nizhny Novgorod Communists, there can be only one threat to the authorities: it is the threat of communism and socialism for the ruling capitalist regime - it would be better for the bourgeois authorities to call a spade a spade. This year, there was practically no mention of the October Revolution in the federal or regional media. Therefore, the only way to remind the Nizhny Novgorod about the 99th anniversary of the Great October, could be a demonstration and a rally that were not agreed.

In the evening of November 7, P.M. Tyakov spent a single picket on B. Pokrovskaya at the high relief of the Nizhny Novgorod Marxists. Initially, it was planned to start the movement of the demonstration at this place, the participants in the movement gathered at this place for about 18 hours. Since there was no approval for this action, there were many police officers around the Center, the Center, BSN. As soon as P. type appeared on the spot, he was immediately awarded a warning about the inadmissibility of unlawful actions and, under receipt, notified that the event was not agreed. In order not to detain and arrest the participants in the movement, which for the most part are elderly, who are in the RKRP and the “Labor Nizhny Novgorod” for many years, P. Tykkov decided to abandon the procession, and held a single picket.

Typeov addressed passers -by with a speech about the significance of the October Revolution for our country, sharp denunciations fell upon the current bourgeois authorities.
